Maryland closed out the 2017 campaign with a sweep of Frederick at home. Cassidy Perry and Freya Seremeth recorded double-doubles for Maryland. Perry led with 11 kills and 15 digs along with four blocks. Seremeth passed out 21 assists and had 11 digs.

We played a last-minute addition volleyball match on Thursday night to prepare us for the TAPPS (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools) State playoff match this coming Tuesday, October 31st against Northland Christian.

Live Oak is currently ranked #1 in state for TAPPS 2A schools. They have a 6-2 hitter (Bailey Keith) who has signed with Air Force and is currently the nation's #1 leader in total kills with 776 this season. (Contributed by Head Coach RJ Kaufman)
