Wisconsin girls wins GPSD Track & Field championship for 1st time

On Saturday, April 28th, the Wisconsin School for the Deaf girls captured the school’s first ever Great Plains Schools for the Deaf Track & Field championship since becoming a member in 2010. The girls won the event with 132 points followed by Kansas with 88 and Minnesota with 72. Prior to 2010, Wisconsin girls competed in softball and did not have a track team for a while.
