Emma Giuntoli didn't allow a single hit as Texas defeated San Juan Diego Catholic 34-2 on Thursday. To get the final out Giuntoli struck out Gallegos.

Jaelene Etkie led Texas to victory by driving in seven runs. She went 2-for-3 at the plate. Etkie drove in runs on a home run in the second and a triple in the second.

Texas had 13 hits in the game. Etkie, Emma Giuntoli, and Leila Sicioli each collected multiple hits for Texas. Sicioli, Giuntoli, and Etkie. Texas was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Mia Upchurch made the most plays with eight. Sarah Helm led Texas with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 19 stolen bases.

Upland Christian Academy took the lead for good with ten runs in the second inning. In the second Kathleen Lopez walked Luque to drive in a run, Lopez walked Cortez to drive in a run, Hernandez tripled off of Lopez, driving in three runs, Lopez uncorked a wild pitch, scoring one run, Brenda Vargas induced Seybert to ground out, but one run scored, and there was an error, scoring three runs.

Alexandra Monge, Hannah Metzner, and Thalia Bunda each collected one hit to lead Riverside.

Hernandez led Upland Christian Academy with three runs batted in. She went 1-for-3 on the day.

On a cold and windy afternoon, the MPS Lady Ghosts played in their first game of the season at Boston Trinity Academy. The team has three new players and only eight total players. Because no umpires showed up, the game became a scrimmage instead.

The team was nervous, but also ready to take on the challenge. Kayla was the lead hitter with a single and sacrifice RBI. Five players - Kayla, Edlanda, Bebe, Shayla, and Heather - were able to steal bases. Kayla was also the pitcher and had two strikeouts. Sabrina made two catches and an out to first base. The final score was 12-1 BTA winning. The team now knows what to expect for the upcoming games. The Lady Ghosts' next game is on April 27th versus Covenant Christian Academy.

Riverside took an early lead in the first inning with an error scoring one run.

Hamilton took the lead for good with seven runs in the first inning when they scored four runs on two wild pitches, two runs on two errors, and a home run by Velasquez. Estrada also homered in the second inning.

Thalia Bunda led Riverside with two runs batted in. She went 3-for-3 on the day.

Hamilton had ten hits in the game. Estrada, Velasquez, and Amaya each collected multiple hits for Hamilton. Estrada led Hamilton with three hits in four at bats.

Texas defeated St. Andrew's 15-14 on Wednesday thanks to a walk-off single. The game was tied at 14 with Texas batting in the bottom of the seventh when Jaelene Etkie singled off of Bast, driving in one run.

Texas built a nine-run lead in the fourth inning thanks to a home run by Leila Sicioli and then held off St. Andrew's's charge. St. Andrew's scored ten runs in the failed comeback on a single , a, a error, a error, a error, a single by Judycki, a stolen base , and a single by Bray.

Texas collected 12 hits. Sicioli, Jaelene Etkie, Marcela Brentham, and Kelley each collected multiple hits for Texas. Kelley, Brentham, Etkie, and Sicioli all had two hits to lead Texas. Texas stole ten bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Brentham led the way with four.

St. Andrew's had six hits in the game. Henson and Judycki each collected multiple hits for St. Andrew's.

One bright spot for Texas was a single by Michaela Kelley in the fifth inning.
Home runs for John Paul II came when Kayla Kowalik homered in the sixth inning and Gabbie Kowalik homered in the third inning.

Kelley led Texas with one hit in two at bats.

Kowalik went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead John Paul II in hits. John Paul II was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Kowalik had the most chances in the field with 11.
