Upland Christian Academy set the tone early in the game when they scored on a double by Luque, a single by Cortez, and a groundout by Chaney in the first inning.

Upland Christian Academy scored seven runs in the fifth inning to seal the win. The seven runs came on a single , a single by Cortez, a single by Hernandez, a fielder's choice by Garcia, and a error.

Alexandra Monge, Scarlet Watters, Kathleen Lopez, Brenda Vargas, and Lily DeSimone all had one hit to lead Riverside. Thalia Bunda and Scarlet Watters each had two stolen bases.

Upland Christian Academy had 14 hits in the game. Hernandez, Cortez, and Luque each collected multiple hits for Upland Christian Academy. Upland Christian Academy didn't commit a single error in the field. Luque had nine chances in the field, the most on the team.
