Bats were blistered as Cubs defeated California Lutheran 23-10 on Wednesday.

Jacob Weiss helped lead Cubs to victory with three walks.

Cubs knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the first inning and then took the lead for good with 14 runs in the second inning.

Sean Parker earned the win for Cubs. He went one inning, surrendering three runs, two hits, striking out two, and walking one. Tuman took the loss for California Lutheran. He pitched one and one-third innings, surrendering six runs, one hit, and striking out three.

Desi Gonzales started the game for Cubs. He tossed one inning, giving up three runs, one hit, and striking out one.

Even though Riverside and Boys' Republic both had their opportunities, it was Boys' Republic that eventually prevailed 24-14 on Tuesday. The game was tied at 13 with Boys' Republic batting in the bottom of the fifth when a runner stole home.

Dylan Duarte drove in four runners in the loss. Duarte drove in runs on a single in the fourth and a fielder's choice in the fifth.

Riverside scored ten runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to a single by Elijah Andrade, a walk , a single by Spencer Willey, a wild pitch , a stolen base , a single by Duarte, a single by Andrade, and a passed ball.

Holguin earned the win for Boys' Republic. He pitched three innings, giving up seven runs, two hits, and striking out four. Jacob Weiss took the loss for Riverside. He tossed four innings, giving up ten runs, nine hits, and striking out five.

Riverside had seven hits in the game. Willey, Andrade, and Weiss each collected multiple hits for Riverside. Weiss, Andrade, and Willey all had two hits to lead Riverside. Riverside stole 13 bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Weiss led the way with four.

Boys' Republic collected 13 hits. Duquette, Waite, Valentine, and Holguin each collected multiple hits for Boys' Republic. Boys' Republic Johns had six stolen bases.

Cubs had trouble keeping up with Sherman Indian in a 20-4 loss on Thursday.

Cubs captured the lead in the first inning. Cubs scored one run when Paul Hernandez-McIntosh singled with zero outs in the first inning.

Sherman Indian knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the second inning. Dawahoya grounded out, scoring one run.

Sherman Indian took the lead for good with ten runs in the third inning. In the third Williams doubled off of Jacob Weiss, driving in two runs, Thomas doubled off of Weiss, driving in one run, Morgan singled off of Weiss, driving in one run, Vigil singled off of Weiss, driving in two runs, and Goseyun doubled off of Weiss, driving in one run.

Olney earned the win for Sherman Indian. He tossed three and a third innings, giving up one run, one hit, and striking out nine. Dylan Duarte took the loss for Cubs. He went two innings, allowing five runs, three hits, striking out one, and walking one.

Williams started the game for Sherman Indian. He pitched one and two-thirds innings, giving up three runs, four hits, striking out one, and walking one.

Hernandez-McIntosh, Weiss, Desi Gonzales, Elijah Watters, and Favian Castro each managed one hit to lead Cubs. Cubs stole nine bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Castro led the way with two.

Texas grabbed an early lead on its way to a 25-14 victory over San Juan Diego Catholic on Thursday. Texas scored on an error, an error, an error, a single by Chandler Sexton-Ruiz, a home run by Shea Silva-Wynne, and a single by Logan Rosko in the first inning.

Texas earned the victory despite allowing San Juan Diego Catholic to score 13 runs in the fourth inning. Texas allowed a hit and gave up 10 walks along with an error.

Texas scored 11 runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to a single by Logan Rosko, a stolen base , a walk by Travis Carrizales, a walk by Chandler Sexton-Ruiz, a single by Shea Silva-Wynne, a walk by Keaton Hamilton, and a double by Dylan Sicoli.

Sexton-Ruiz earned the win for Texas. He went three innings, giving up two runs, one hit, and striking out six. Three relievers helped Texas close out the victory. Shane Dever threw one-third of an inning.

Texas watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 22-0 loss to Brentwood Christian on Tuesday.

Brentwood Christian took an early lead in the first inning. Michael Hickl singled on the first pitch of the at bat in the first inning, scoring one run.

Brentwood Christian scored 14 runs in the third inning. Brentwood Christian's big inning was driven by a single by Diego Escobedo, a walk by Dillon Smith, a single by Travis Whitaker, a walk by Sam Orick, a walk by Alec Shelby, a walk by Jack Oberwortmann, a walk by Garrison Ryberg, a walk by Michael Hickl, a error, a walk by Aidan Bartos, and a groundout by David Hickl.

One bright spot for Texas was a single by Chandler Sexton-Ruiz in the third inning.

Diego Escobedo earned the win for Brentwood Christian. He threw three innings, giving up zero runs, two hits, and striking out four. Shea Silva-Wynne took the loss for Texas. He pitched two innings, giving up 14 runs, four hits, and striking out five.

Making Waves Academy took an early lead in the first inning. With two outs in the first inning Fredrick Bryant drove in one run when he homered.

Fremont took the lead for good with six runs in the third inning. In the third a runner stole home, there was an error, scoring one run, and Edwin Garcia uncorked a wild pitch, scoring one run.

Kobi Sittman earned the win for Fremont. He threw six innings, surrendering five runs, five hits, and striking out eight. Ulises Mora took the loss for Making Waves Academy. He tossed two innings, surrendering seven runs, zero hits, and striking out three.

TJ Harmount led California School for the Deaf with four stolen bases, as the team racked up 21 stolen bases.
